5How do we get to your business?
You can take a Taxi to South Frigate Bay. We are the water sports company located next to Vibes Beach Bar on The Strip.
Ask about our organised travel option when booking.
Do we need to bring anything?
We provide all the fun and the appropriate Life Jackets for all of our services. We do not rent Life Jackets at this time.
We recommend guests bring along towels and sunscreen as neither are sold at the beach.
Are there any requirements?
Yes.
You must be (or have a guardian present who is) eighteen years or older (18+) to sign a waiver form.
You must present some form of photo ID or Cruise Ship Pass
What if I never used a Jet Ski before?
Our well trained staff will guide you through a test-run, at no extra charge, to get you up and running.
Do you require a deposit for a Jet Ski rental?
No. A guardian (18+ years) must sign a waiver form and leave a photo ID for the duration of the service.
Do I need to make a reservation for a Jet Ski rental?
Reservations are not required but are strongly recommend.
Jet skis are sometimes limited and a reservation will ensure that you get the jet ski at a specified time.
How far in advance do I need to make a reservation for a Jet Ski?
Reservations can be made at any time. However, a confirmation must be finalized seven (7) days prior to the booking date.
How old do I have to be to rent a jet ski or take any other rides?
You must be sixteen (16) years or older to drive a jet ski alone.
If you want to drive a jet ski and are under 16 years of age, you must:
Have a guardian (18 years of age or older) sign your waiver;
Have your guardian (18 years of age or older) ride the jet ski with you;
Have your Waiver Form signed by a guardian 18 years of age or older.
Do you accept credit cards?
Yes. However we do not accept American Express at this time.
All credit card transactions attract a 5% processing fee.
How early should I show up prior to to my appointment?
We ask that you be ready (in swim attire) at least fifteen (15) minutes before your reservation time to go through the briefing and be ready for your booking time.
